A 20-year-old female patient presents with diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting. She reports abdominal cramping, although she cannot identify its source. She also has a low-grade fever. She comments that in the past she has had intermittent abdominal pain, chronic diarrhea, and fatigue that at times, would disappear. However, she did say that there were stretches of time when she missed work because of these symptoms. She reports an increasing anxiety surrounding her symptoms. A range of foods exacerbate her digestive symptoms, so she has lost weight over the past 5 weeks. Ileitis is seen, and blood test results demonstrate iron deficiency anemia.

What is the likely diagnosis?
