She underwent vaginal hysterectomy and laparoscopic salpingectomy, during which only 1 micro-insert was located. This video illustrates management of a misplaced intraperitoneal hysteroscopic sterilization micro-insert using fluoroscopy, and includes information about when the use of fluoroscopy is applicable, how to perform it, and what to expect from the procedure.
