In this video, the authors review normal vulvar anatomy and describe the diagnosis and management of common benign dermatologic conditions of the vulva, including lichen simplex chronicus, lichen sclerosus, and lichen planus. They discuss the co-morbidities of each of these dermatoses and review techniques for vulvar biopsy.
