Reflectance Confocal Microscopy Videomosaic of Melanoma In Situ

The May 2017 issue features an article, “Handheld Reflectance Confocal Microscopy to Aid in the Management of Complex Facial Lentigo Maligna,” which reviews the impact of handheld reflectance confocal microscopy (HRCM) in the detection, treatment decision-making, and monitoring of 5 cases of complex facial lentigo maligna/lentigo maligna melanoma. In this videomosaic, Dr. Anthony Rossi explains findings seen on HRCM that are suggestive of the patient’s melanoma in situ.
