Chronic osteomyelitis is associated with localized palmoplantar psoriasis, psoriasis vulgaris, Sweet syndrome, and pyoderma gangrenosum (PG). The authors report a rare case of osteomyelitis-associated PG and ulcerative colitis that improved with oral corticosteroids.
