Screen asymptomatic older adults for cognitive impairment? Not so fast

The US Preventive Services Task Force recently said there is “insufficient evidence” to recommend for or against screening asymptomatic older patients for cognitive decline. In this month’s audiocast, Dr. Campos-Outcalt explains the Task Force’s decision and identifies steps you should be taking, nonetheless, with your older patients.
