He is a distinguished professor of health policy and a senior health policy advisor at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson. He has served as executive director of the Division of Medicaid in the office of the Governor of Mississippi. Dr. Jones also is professor of family medicine at the University of Mississippi Medical Center and assistant clinical professor of family medicine at Howard University in Washington. |

Dr. Carolyn Lopez is a professor in the department of family medicine at Rush Medical College in Chicago. She previously was the chair of the department of family practice at John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County. Dr. Lopez was the first women and the first minority physician to be elected president of the Illinois Academy of Family Physicians. |
Dr. Robert E. Rakel is a professor of medicine in the department of family and community medicine at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. Dr. Rakel has edited several books, including "Conn's Current Therapy" (1995) and the "Textbook of Family Medicine" (7th edition). |
Dr. Tillman Farley is the medical services director of Salud Family Health Centers, a migrant/community health center with clinics across north and northeast Colorado, and an associate professor in the department of family medicine at the University of Colorado. Dr. Farley graduated from the University of Colorado School of Medicine and completed a family medicine residency in upstate New York. His research and teaching efforts are focused on integrated primary care, health disparities, community health, and improving care to Mexican immigrants. |
Dr. Peter P. Toth is the director of preventive cardiology at the Sterling Rock Falls Clinic in Sterling, Illinois. Dr. Toth, who is also a PhD, is a clinical associate professor at the University of Illinois in Peoria and at Southern Illinois University in Springfield. Dr. Russell D. White is professor of medicine in the department of community and family medicine at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, where he is director of the sports medicine fellowship program. He helped author the American Diabetes Association's consensus statement on Activity and Exercise in Type 2 Diabetes and is on the writing committee for Exercise and Activity in Type 1 Diabetes. |
Dr. Colette Willins practices family medicine in Cuyahoga Falls and Westlake, Ohio. She also is a clinical instructor in the department of family medicine at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland.
